
Jeanne Hollingshead, LCSW
Jeanne Hollingshead has over 20 years’ experience in mental health, foster care, and adoption. Jeanne has experience serving children, adults and families with concerns such as divorce, grief, ADHD, depression and anxiety in both outpatient and home settings.
Jeanne’s passion is helping young children who struggle to get through the day without being angry, sad or anxious. She uses various types of play therapy, including Theraplay an approach to child and family therapy that aims to improve parent-child relationships through playful interactions. Jeanne has broad experience with birth, foster, and adoptive families including helping at-risk adoptive families challenged with the long-term effects of trauma and separation from birth families.
Jeanne earned her Master of Social Work from Barry University in Miami, Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida. Jeanne has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2001.
