Mr. Hinesley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than twenty-five years of dedicated experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across diverse clinical and community settings. He offers individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, as well as couple therapy, family therapy, and specialized parent consultation. In addition to direct clinical practice, Mr. Hinesley provides consultation to child welfare agencies and multidisciplinary professionals on complex attachment dynamics and best practices.

Practicing within a core relational framework, Mr. Hinesley integrates evidence-based interventions tailored to the specific needs of each client. His practice primarily draws from Circle of Security® and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address underlying attachment security, relational patterns, and emotional health.

Mr. Hinesley earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed advanced post-graduate licensure training through the Mary Ainsworth Attachment Clinic and the Circle of Security® Network, following clinical internships with the Virginia Treatment Center for Children and Child Protective Services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hinesley has directed a therapeutic mentoring program, served in community and school-based mental health services, and held the post of Clinical Director of Attachment-Based Services at Partners in Parenting. He also serves as a board-approved clinical supervisor, providing formal guidance and supervision to professionals working toward independent licensure.
