Caroline Neal, MSW
Caroline Neal is a social worker who has spent the past decade working with children and families impacted by the child welfare system. She graduated from Longwood University with her BSW and then Virginia Commonwealth University with her Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2006. Ms. Neal has concentrated much of her work with children and youth in foster care and has a specific interest in family team meetings and family finding. She has also worked with adult survivors of domestic violence and adult adoptees working though the adoption search and reunion process. Ms. Neal most recently worked as a social worker with Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Department of Social Services where she focused on family engagement, family finding and Family Partnership Meetings. Ms. Neal is currently a volunteer with Partners in Parenting. Once licensed, she hopes to focus her work with children, youth and families involved with the foster care system faced by challenges related to loss, grief and trauma.
Caroline works with Partners in Parenting under the supervision of Diana Embler and will be accepting patients on a limited basis.
